Applicant Conditions

• The applicant must state any special need for certification (language, food, etc.), the Personnel Certification Body will respond within three (3) business days after receipt.
• I declare that I know, understand and accept the certification conditions specified in the MN-RH-001 Manual of Functions, Rights and Duties of the applicants.
• I declare that I voluntarily submit to the certification process and I agree to comply with the established requirements, as well as provide any information necessary for the evaluation, not to take part in fraudulent practices, or disclose materials used in the development of my certification.
• I authorize to deliver the information of the certification process when requested by the competent authority.
• The Personnel Certification Body INTERNATIONAL SECURITY CERTIFICATION BOARD - ISCB, in compliance with Law 1581 of October 17, 2012 on personal data protection, informs that the data included in this document will be guarded, conserved and used exclusively for the delivery of benefits and the sending of information on services.
• In the event of any type of impediment or situation that does not allow the applicant access to the certification process, I authorize it to be communicated by email.
• If the applicant is accepted in the process and meets the defined stages and certification requirements, he will receive the corresponding certification in labor competence from the Personnel Certification Body; Said certificate is the exclusive property of the Certification Body and once issued it will be part of a database that will be available on the Certification Body's website and is for public consultation.

Mandatory Security Conditions for the Evaluation Process

• Do not show up under the influence of psychoactive substances or alcohol.
• You must present yourself in person to carry out the tests with an identification document.
• Know how to read and write.
• If you wear glasses, hearing aids or prostheses of any kind and you must use them during the development of the tests to ensure your best performance.
• The use of cameras or other tools to assist in the examination is prohibited.
• It is not allowed to use the cell phone during the evaluation process.
• The candidate must have an external camera connected to the computer, which will be on throughout the evaluation process.
• You must have the ZOOM application installed on the computer.
• You must share a screen, have the audio and the camera turned on during the entire evaluation process.
• You must follow the instructions given by the peer evaluator.

Failure to comply with these conditions will lead to the suspension of the evaluation process and subsequent cancellation of the certification process if it is considered pertinent.
